Radek has been working in advocacy for over 10 years and specializes in sophisticated asset structuring—including the establishment of private holding companies, cross-border asset structuring, the creation of trust funds and foundations, and cross-generational capital transfers. He also focuses on corporate law, the structuring of shareholder relationships, and complex commercial disputes.
He helps private clients protect and structure their assets through holding structures, family funds, and cross-border asset arrangements, including family office governance.
In the area of corporate law, Radek focuses on regulating relationships between business partners, shareholders' agreements, and group restructurings. He has participated in numerous transactions involving companies with significant market shares as well as international business groups.
Radek gained his experience at the leading Czech law firm Havel & Partners, where he worked for more than five years.

- Implementing a structure for intergenerational succession of the founders of a leading Czech real estate development company

Beyond the law
Outside of law, Radek enjoys sailing and rock climbing. He also enjoys programming and has a passion for literature, movies, and strategic video games. He strives to maintain a broad general knowledge. What draws him to these interests is the combination of focus, strategy, imagination, and the discovery of new connections. It is precisely because of these interests that he tries to think in a wider context in his work, to view matters not only from a legal perspective but also from the standpoint of their practical impact, and to seek solutions that are carefully considered, understandable, and effective.
